Series cementing units have been optimized according to the
performance at the field operated by our own oilfield services
company.
The advantages of the optimized units:

Series Pump Material
1. Quality Control of the material: For the material requiring traceability,
besides ultrasonic flaw detection is made, metal spectrometer
imported from Germany is equipped to verify and test the material.
2. Equipped with metallographic analysis instrument: Metallographic
analysis is made and verified to the material specimen.
3. Magnetic Particle Inspection: For the rough machined parts, after the
heat treatment, magnetic particle inspection is strictly made.
4. Geometric tolerance is strictly controlled, such as the pump housing
and crosshead which greatly affect assembly precision. They are
produced by CNC machining equipment and verified and corrected
by coordinate measuring machine. The perpendicularity of the main
shaft hole of the pump housing and holes of three crossheads are
controlled within 0.02mm, thus solving the partial-wear problem of
the crossheads and piston or plunger.

truck is equipped with its own KN-600S plunger pump, which is
exactly the same as SPM TWS600S in technical date and
performance. KNC series fracturing truck is equipped with its own
KNS-2000 and KNS-2500, which are identical with SPM TWS2000 and
QWS2500 in technical date and performance.
It has the capability to design, produce and assemble KNC series
equipment, such as skid-mounted cementing and fracturing unit,
cementing and fracturing truck. The automatic degree and
performance can both reach the standards of similar products
inboard.
